Designed with you in mind
Inspired by natural tones of the Pacific Coast, the exterior of the building has a simple yet elegant façade. Elevation materials are selected with the location of the building in mind: dark tone at the main floor ties into the surrounding landscaping, and as we move upwards, there is blend of soft tones in the form of white stucco. Horizontal, dark-stained siding is wrapped around the upper most floor to balance the colours and enhance the transition of materials. The wooden under canopy and balcony walls, along with dark window trims, accentuate the whole elevation to bring an opulent statement to the overall look and feel of the building.
